Name, email, shipping/billing address, order details (items, totals), and customer support messages.
We also collect basic technical data (IP address, device/browser, pages/cart activity) to run and secure the shop.
Payments:
Payments are processed by [Mollie/etc.]. We don’t store full card details. We may receive payment confirmation and limited metadata (e.g., card type/last 4).
How we use this data:
To process orders, ship products, send order updates, provide support (returns/exchanges), prevent fraud/security issues, and comply with tax/accounting requirements.
If you opted in, we may use your email for marketing; you can unsubscribe anytime.
Who we share data with:
Only with service providers needed to operate the shop: payment processors, e-commerce/hosting provider, shipping/fulfillment partners, and email providers for order notifications.
